**Job Title:** Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and resolving complex PC problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex PC problems.
  • Coordinate installation and set-up of desktop computer hardware and software.
  • Perform setting up of PCs.
  • Attend to customers and handle enquiries and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced computer component knowledge.
  • Prior computer/systems building experience is a plus.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive team player with good attitude.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
