Network Development Manager

This role involves leading a network of volunteers to support population health work. The ideal candidate will have experience in volunteer management, strategic planning, and project management.

The Network Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a strategy to build a network of volunteers to support population health work
  • Leading a team to recruit, manage volunteers and deploy them to suitable volunteer activities
  • Developing training material and conducting training for volunteers
  • Developing and implementing new programs for volunteers to support health promotion and community care

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of volunteer management experience
  • Strong planning, project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to think critically and strategically with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
