Volunteer Network Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Volunteer Manager to lead our team in building a network of volunteers to support population health work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and manage volunteers, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Collaborate with community partners to build relationships and identify opportunities for volunteer involvement.
- Lead the recruitment, management, and deployment of volunteers to suitable activities.
- Design and deliver training programs for volunteers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Develop and implement new programs to enhance volunteer engagement and impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with at least 8 years of experience in volunteer management, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to foster collaboration and buy-in from stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Experience in strategic planning and program development is advantageous.
