Responsibilities Develop and implement strategy to build network of volunteers to support population health work. Lead in building a network of volunteers with community partners to support health promotion activities. Lead a team to recruit, manage volunteers and deploy them to suitable volunteer activities. Develop training material and conduct training for volunteers. Develop and implement new programmes for volunteers to support health promotion and community care. Any other duties. Job Requirements Bachelor degree in any discipline, with at least 8 years of volunteer management experience, preferably in healthcare. Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities. Strong planning, project management and organisational skills. Able to work well with others, to foster buy-in and collaboration. Good verbal and written communication skills. Microsoft office. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in strategic planning and/ or programme development would be advantageous.
