Job Description
This exciting opportunity has arrived at our esteemed organization, offering an exceptional chance to join our dynamic team as a Front Office Manager. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to ensure prompt response to guest needs.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Candidates should possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
