Executive Hotel Front Desk Assistant

As an Executive, Guest Service at CapitaLand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support to our hotel's front desk operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensuring all guests are attended to at the Front Desk
• Issuing apartment access key cards
• Attending to and anticipating all guests' queries and needs
• Providing recommendations on nearby amenities and services to enhance the guest experience
• Managing guests' accounts, information, and apartment availability in the system
• Performing simple bookkeeping and making and confirming reservations
• Responding to all queries and requests from guests in a timely and professional manner
• Handling and recording resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers as needed
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a good command of spoken and written English. You should also have excellent attention to detail and be an exceptional team player with a service-oriented approach. Additionally, you should be passionate about learning a variety of tasks, including handling paperwork, and be willing to perform shifts.
