Who We're Seeking

We are looking for a proactive individual with a positive mindset, capable of thriving under pressure and possessing a curious nature that drives them to understand the underlying reasons behind situations rather than simply accepting them.

As a vital member of the Singapore Wealth Retail Sales team, the Client Relationship Specialist collaborates closely with Client Managers to present Schroders' offerings and solutions to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Provide client service and sales support, including regular updates on specific funds, market insights, and performance for distributors, as well as gathering product information and updating presentation materials to highlight unique selling propositions. Monitor Morningstar and Bloomberg terminals for fund comparisons and market analysis. Coordinate training schedules and logistics related to fund training for distributors and seminars (including training sessions and fund launches). Gain an understanding of the regulatory environment and internal risk and policy frameworks. Prepare market and business reports for management reviews. Manage monthly ILP reporting for insurance clients. Ensure adherence to internal governance and risk control processes. Conduct KYC/AML, ongoing due diligence, and other onboarding documentation. Maintain a database of client reporting requirements and ensure robust processes are in place to meet them. Interface with both external and internal stakeholders regarding legal contracts, agreements, and offering documents.

Essential Qualifications

A recognized degree in banking or finance, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in asset management or fund-related roles preferred. Candidates without prior experience may also be considered. Strong understanding of mutual funds. Ability to manage projects effectively. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of creative thinking. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues and external parties at all levels. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
