We are seeking a highly skilled Bank Client Analyst to join our team at HR-PRO RECRUITMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, conducting investigations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily client service for our transaction banking products
- Conduct investigations into client issues, working closely with other stakeholders
- Ensure end-to-end process of customer onboarding
- Cross-sell and expand client usage of our transaction banking products
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- Preferably with relevant banking experience and/or experience in client support
- Relevant knowledge in transaction banking client service
- Relevant knowledge in internet banking platforms
- Good communication skills, with Japanese language proficiency preferred
- Analytical and presentation skills, with a service-oriented approach
