CAMARINE SUPERVISION PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned sales and operations leader to drive growth in the Singapore and Southeast Asia region.

Salary: SGD 180,000 - SGD 250,000 per annum

Job Description:
  • Lead regional sales and operations efforts to achieve ambitious targets and deliver exceptional customer service across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Develop and implement tailored lifecycle sales strategies to address market needs and drive sustainable success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders across the region, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Mentor and lead high-performing sales and service teams, fostering a collaborative culture that delivers results-oriented performance.
  • Monitor market trends, customer dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • An accomplished leader with a proven track record in sales and operational management, preferably within the maritime or manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience in lifecycle sales and aftermarket services.
  • A strong understanding of the Singaporean and Southeast Asia markets, strategic insight, business acumen, and ability to navigate complex market dynamics to drive growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the maritime supply chain, vessel management, port operations, and shipping regulations.
