Job Title:

Insurance Programme Manager



Job Description:

Vouch is partnering with an established organization in hiring an Insurance Programme Manager to manage in-house insurance and captive programme regionally. This role involves working closely with the Insurance team to assist in the management of the group's international insurance programmes, ensuring all assets are adequately insured and liabilities are appropriately monitored and covered.



Responsibilities:
  • Manage the insurance programmes including Hull and Machinery (H&M), Directors and Officers (D&O), Protection and Indemnity (P&I), Cargo, Cyber etc.
  • Advise on insurance placements, negotiations, renewals, policy and premium administration, claim handling, contract review.
  • Engage and partner closely with brokers to explore potential insurance options that would improve the risk position of the organization.
  • Collaborate with legal team in contract review, due diligence, tender documents, address any insurance risks.
  • Manage the end-to-end claim process from responding, settlement, recovery, and reporting.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Insurance or Law related discipline, have 5 years of working experience as an in-house Insurance professional, be well-versed in insurance program and risk management assessment, and possess captive insurance experience if possible.
