We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive in the ALM & Insurance Risk team. The main job scope of the role is to manage the company ALM and insurance risk and prepare ERM dashboard. In addition, this role will also assist in various ad-hoc risk projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Produce CRO Report and ERM Dashboard for all financial and insurance risks
- Investigate and provide movement analysis on ERM Dashboard results
- Monitor portfolio adherence to risk limits and liaise with business partners, as needed
- Collate and ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of data
- Propose and conduct methodology/process improvement initiatives for dashboards enhancement
- Conduct risk review for new product to ensure all risks have been identified and considered
- Conduct risk review on annual experience study and actuarial assumption setting
- ORSA stress scenario design and calibration and assist in ORSA report write-up
- Contribute to risk management projects including Environmental Risk Management, operational risk initiatives, risk control and mitigating activities
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Actuary, Finance, Economics or related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Financial Services, including financial risk/actuarial experience
- Strong desktop software skills, especially MS Excel (VBA)
- Knowledge in RBC 2 is preferred
- Experience in Factset or/and Tableau are preferred
- Experience in Prophet is preferred
- Experience in credit risk analysis is preferred
- Strong analytical skill, organized and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Good oral and writing skills (documentation, report and presentation)
- Ability to communicate complex matters with clarity to non-specialist audiences
