PURPOSE- Maintain the risk management framework- Support an effective enterprise risk management function, including financial and operational risk management

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES- Assist in implementation of ERM framework and support all aspects of risk management function- Support in providing holistic independent view on risk issues, review risk assessments and mitigation strategies proposed by first line- Support the organisation in undertaking Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) and preparation of ORSA report- Partner key stakeholders in identifying and assessing risk and controls, with constructive working relationship with first and third (internal audit) line of defence- Work hand in hand with business, product and actuarial stakeholders on product risk and financial risk, eg. Asset liability management, Liquidity, Capital management- Monitor risk exposure against risk indicators, review the KRIs and planned management actions- Conduct KCSA control checks to improve the internal control environment- Assist in handling risk incidents and escalation where necessary- Support risk management committees- Prepare reports for submission to the senior management, risk committee, audit committee, board committee, FWD Group and relevant stakeholders- Participate in risk control activities and projects such as risk management and compliance solutions and tools in support of the dept objectives in assisting the Board and Management in their risk and compliance oversight roles

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE- Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Actuarial Science or any other discipline- 4 to 6 years insurance experience in risk management or relevant functions- Prior experience in second line or third line function such as audit

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY- Meticulous with the ability to multitask and meets deadlines with mínimal supervision- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong planning and organizational skills
