The Inclusive Learning Coordinator is a strategic role that plays a vital part in shaping a new program dedicated to supporting children with mild special needs. This position requires a strong background in pastoral care and student support, with a deep passion for helping children succeed.
This role involves building trusting relationships with families, providing regular communication on their child's progress, and implementing Individualized Support Plans (ISPs). The Coordinator will lead small-group sessions designed to build confidence and address specific learning needs, as well as coordinate with educational therapists to provide seamless support.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally patient, loving, and caring, with strong communication and coordination skills. A background in social work, pastoral care, or special needs education is highly valued. Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison for families, fostering deep relationships and communicating regularly on their child's progress.
