  • We're seeking a Card Disputes Automation Operational Function Lead to join our team.

This role will play a crucial part in our automation journey, focusing on card disputes operational function leadership. The successful candidate will lead the way in resolving complex issues efficiently.

A key responsibility will be to oversee dispute resolution processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams are also essential for success.

We offer competitive salary ranges of SGD 11,800 monthly, plus RSUs (Restricted Stock Units). As part of our team, you'll contribute to creating a more efficient and user-friendly experience for customers worldwide.
