Lead Talent Management Strategist

This role involves designing and implementing HR programs that align with the organization's talent and organizational strategy.

You will work collaboratively with various teams to support an integrated approach, leveraging market intelligence to drive program requirements.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Generating insights and identifying emerging business and L&D trends;
  • Planning, designing, and executing learning solutions based on business needs;
  • Developing communication tools and processes to increase awareness and understanding of L&D development programs;
  • Collaborating with HR partners and business leaders to optimize systems and streamline processes;
  • Maintaining relationships with L&D industry groups and peer companies;
  • Leveraging metrics and learning ecosystems to drive priorities with HR and business stakeholders;
  • Using data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or a related field;
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of progressive HR leadership or consulting experience;
  • 3 years of people management experience;
  • Fluent Japanese (written and verbal) and Fluent English (written and verbal) language skills;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and growing business environment;
  • Ability to manage effective communications through various mediums;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose, define, and guide program design and enhancements;
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and employee experience mindset;
  • Ability to prioritize, draw insights, and pivot based on business needs.

This is a full-time position with a Director-level seniority. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, theories, and concepts, as well as knowledge of local and federal laws and regulations.
