Responsibilities- Discover and integrate hot chains and protocols, collaborating closely with business development and operations teams.
- Track development trends of leading public chains, analyze their growth strategies, and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- Build strong connections with the developer community to promote wallet services among public chain developers, increasing integration and usage rates.
- Develop user growth strategies for Web3 Wallets to enhance user retention and activity levels.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Over 2 years of experience in Web3 chains or Web3 wallets, along with 2+ years as a product manager in a large internet company.
- Strong ability to abstract and simplify complex problems, utilizing first-principles thinking; adept at systematic thinking and innovative problem-solving.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of driving cross-team collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Strong resilience under pressure, with outstanding communication skills and flexible thinking.
