Position Overview:
Binance is seeking a
Senior Product Manager
focused on
User Experience (UX)
to refine and optimize user journeys across its Web3 product ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep UX sensitivity, analytical mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Web3 and FinTech experience is strongly preferred .
Key Responsibilities:
Journey Optimization
Map, analyze, and refine end-to-end user flows to identify friction points and create seamless, user-centric experiences.
User Insights
Conduct and leverage user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, analytics) to understand customer needs and behaviors, turning insights into actionable improvements.
UX Execution
Drive UX feature development with attention to detail, ensuring intuitive design and logical interfaces across platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to execute and iterate on UX strategies and features.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
Use analytics, performance metrics, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and continuously improve the user experience.
Trend Awareness
Monitor and propose cutting-edge solutions based on current trends in financial services, Web3 applications, DeFi, wallets, and NFTs.
Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience
5+ years in product management with a strong focus on
UX/interaction design .
Experience in
Web3 ,
DeFi ,
wallets , or
FinTech
(e.g., payments, digital banking) is highly advantageous.
Deep UX intuition with strong logical problem-solving.
Highly detail-oriented; ability to identify and fix even minor UX issues.
Proficiency with UX design tools (e.g.,
Figma ) and product analytics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with
agile product development
is a plus.
