Job Description

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in growing the business through proactive acquisition and retention of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) clients within the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) market. You will implement geographical focused strategy in line with business strategy, source for and acquire new clients within the market and refer potential clients to other marketing teams or segments within the bank.

You will be responsible for providing investment advice to clients and maintaining regular contact with them to understand their background and source of wealth. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with bank's and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growing the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/UHNW clients within the NRI market.
  • Implementing geographical focused strategy in line with business strategy.
  • Sourcing for and acquiring new clients within the market and referring potential clients to other marketing teams or segments within the bank.
  • Providing investment advice to clients and being fully responsible for clients under management.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and understanding their background and source of wealth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree with at least 10-12 years of relevant experience. You must have sound knowledge of private banking products and solutions as well as deep expertise of the NRI Market. Good understanding of banking compliance and regulatory requirements is also essential.

Apart from that, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client centricity. Team player with the ability to collaborate widely with various internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention.
