Contract Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. In this role, you will contribute to the success of your team by ensuring precise execution of daily warehouse activities.

This includes storing and delivering delicate goods such as flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfilment: Accurately process and manage customer orders in SAP to support daily warehouse activities.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the key contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation Management: Handle inbound and outbound documentation efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all customer service activities comply with SOPs, SLAs, and regulatory standards.
  • Inventory Coordination: Support regular cycle counts, stock accuracy reporting, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Value-Added Services: Coordinate repacking, relabeling, and other client-specific instructions with operational teams.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations, ideally within contract logistics or supply chain.
  • Must have working knowledge of SAP (Order processing, inventory transactions, documentation).
  • Familiar with warehouse operations and WMS is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
