Automation Solutions Lead

We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead the development of innovative automation solutions within our CRM Security Maintenance System.

  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end RPA and automation solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Key responsibilities include leveraging advanced RPA technologies, intelligent document processing, and conversational AI to enhance system security, data consistency, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in automation, RPA development, and enterprise system integration.
  • Proven delivery of end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, and WorkFusion.
  • Strong ETL/SQL development skills, particularly with SSIS, for backend data automation.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML models in business automation workflows, especially in security-sensitive processes.

About this Role:
You will play a critical role in driving DevOps and CI/CD automation for RPA pipelines using tools like TeamCity, Artifactory, and UiPath Test Suite. Additionally, you will work within Agile delivery teams to iteratively deliver and improve automation solutions, maintaining transparency through Jira/Confluence for tracking, documentation, and collaboration across the project lifecycle.
