Automation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Automation Specialist to lead our RPA implementations. As an automation expert, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from requirement gathering to deployment and documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation workflows for web-based, desktop/thick client, Citrix, mainframe, Excel, PDF, and Word-based applications using UiPath and Assist Edge.
  • Utilize UiPath RE Framework to build robust unattended bots for automating complex business processes.
  • Automate repetitive tasks such as Excel operations (data entry, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulae) and perform complex data manipulations using custom C# and LINQ code.
  • Collaborate with business users during requirement analysis and UAT phases to ensure successful deployment and issue resolution.
  • Provide post-deployment production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development and automation.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and end-to-end automation delivery.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
