Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Executive (RPO) plays a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring seamless alignment between hiring managers and candidates. This key liaison is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining high-quality candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Act as the primary point of contact between hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on role requirements and expectations
  • Specialise in engineering and technical roles, leveraging expertise in relevant skills, qualifications, and hiring challenges
  • Maintain and update candidate databases for efficient talent management
  • Develop and publish job postings across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, internal portals)
  • Collaborate closely with client-side HR teams to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning needs
  • Provide timely and accurate recruitment reports, including weekly and monthly dashboards, pipeline updates, and hiring numbers

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an RPO or agency setting
  3. Strong knowledge of employment laws, fair hiring practices, and data privacy regulations
  4. Proven track record in hiring for engineering or technical roles across various functions and levels
  5. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with hiring managers and internal teams
  6. Solid understanding of recruitment channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other related platforms
  7. Highly organized and able to manage multiple job requisitions and deadlines simultaneously
