Job Description

Lead Supply Chain Strategist: We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our supply chain operations across multiple Asia-Pacific markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG supply chain and manufacturing, with significant exposure to external manufacturing partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external manufacturing partners and suppliers, ensuring quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversight of raw materials sourcing and supply, negotiating contracts with suppliers globally.
  • Implement excellence in quality control and quality management systems.
  • Oversee procurement, contract management, and supplier performance.
  • Lead planning, logistics, and operational execution.
  • Partner with commercial teams to ensure supply readiness for growth targets.
  • Identify and implement improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.

About the Opportunity:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in FMCG supply chain and manufacturing, preferably with significant exposure to external manufacturing.
  • Proven regional experience across Asia-Pacific markets, ideally with strong networks within the food and beverage contract manufacturing space.
  • Expertise in quality management, procurement, raw materials sourcing, commercial and operational delivery, planning, and logistics.
  • Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments where adaptability and pace are essential.
  • High energy, ambition, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, fluid situations.
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills across cultures and geographies.
