We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Operations professional to join our team in Singapore. As an APAC Sales Strategist, you will be a crucial strategic partner for go-to-market sales leaders throughout the region, focusing on sales strategy and analytics, operations, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts by working closely with sales leadership and analyzing historical data and market trends.
  • Analyze pipeline overview, sales performance metrics, and generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales strategies and outcomes.
  • Regularly update key stakeholders on sales performance and trends.
Sales Plan Management
  • Assist in the development and management of the sales plan.
  • Collaborate with leaders to set and review quotas.
  • Streamline and improve the sales process to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and other departments.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other teams to address issues and promote alignment.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of sales operations & analytics experience in regional roles working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, data-oriented mindset and ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail and focus on quality results.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities.

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
