Job Summary:

Goltens is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities in the Petro chemical, Refinery, Manufacturing and Industrial Production industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the Petro chemical, Refinery, Manufacturing and Industrial Production industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through local and overseas markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Petro chemical, Refinery, Manufacturing and Industrial Production industries, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and business development in the Petro chemical, Refinery, Manufacturing and Industrial Production industries.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and business development in the Petro chemical, Refinery, Manufacturing and Industrial Production industries.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and developments.
  • Strong network of contacts in the industry.
