- Oversee the entire lifecycle of payroll processing, ensuring meticulous accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain precise records and produce comprehensive reports related to payroll, supporting internal and external audits with ease.
- Participate actively in the annual salary review cycle, contributing to bonus and incentive calculations that drive organizational success.
- Maintain up-to-date C&B records within HR systems and generate insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on compensation planning, budgeting, and policy updates that align with business objectives.
- E nsure seamless alignment with internal controls and external statutory regulations, guaranteeing compliance at all times.
- Support broader C&B projects and initiatives as required, driving forward-thinking solutions that benefit the organization.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and local payroll practices, applying this knowledge to inform key decisions.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, including hands-on payroll processing expertise.
- Prior experience in a multinational or regional environment is highly valued, offering valuable perspectives and skillsets.
- Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, equipping you with the foundational knowledge necessary for success.
