Job Title: Executive Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Compensation Specialist to lead our executive pay practices, ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations. This role involves providing strategic guidance on compensation programs and projects, as well as managing global mobility processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement executive compensation programs that align with industry trends and best practices.
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses to ensure competitiveness of our executive C&B offering.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of our compensation practices and recommend improvements.
  • Manage global mobility processes for senior executives, including relocation and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with the Global HR team to develop and implement variable compensation programs that drive company performance and retention.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in executive compensation, with a strong understanding of international labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data and regulatory requirements to C-level executives.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to set realistic deadlines and expectations.
