">We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Compensation Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on executive compensation matters, including long-term and short-term incentive plan design, KPI development, and sales incentive programs.
">You will work with clients to understand their compensation goals and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. This may involve collaborating with internal teams and subject matter experts to enhance solution offerings.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent client satisfaction;">
- Contribute to business development efforts, including thought leadership across our Advisory offering.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as Business, Economics, Statistics, or Finance;">
- Proven experience in executive and reward compensation advisory, with expertise in specific areas such as Long-Term or Short-term Incentive Plan Design, KPI Design, Sales Incentive, etc.;">
- At least 8+ years of experience in Compensation area;">
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels;">
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and project management skills;">
- An analytical mindset, with experience in data-driven decision-making and solution design;">
- Good listening skills, the ability to develop insightful questions, and identify and implement the appropriate strategy to successfully address the client's issues.">
