We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Compensation professional to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned executive compensation expert to lead end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on executive compensation-related matters
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance solution offerings and execute multi-country projects
- Proactively contribute to new initiatives and business development efforts, including thought leadership across our advisory offering
- Review team members' analysis work and act as technical reviewer for client deliverables
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (business, economics, statistics, or finance)
- At least 8+ years of experience in executive compensation with expertise in areas such as long-term or short-term incentive plan design, KPI design, sales incentives, etc.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and solution design
