We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. This role involves building strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on executive compensation matters, and working cross-functionally with internal teams and subject matter experts to enhance solution offerings.

  • Lead the delivery of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results;">
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice on executive compensation matters;">
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and subject matter experts to develop and implement effective solutions;">
  • Contribute to new initiatives and business development efforts, including thought leadership across our advisory offering;">
  • Execute multi-country projects, leveraging talent and health and wealth solutions to design and implement client solutions across multiple HR fields.">

Requirements:">

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as business, economics, statistics, or finance;">
  • At least 8+ years of experience in compensation advisory, preferably with expertise in long-term or short-term incentive plan design, KPI design, sales incentives, etc.">
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels;">
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and project management skills;">
  • An analytical mindset, with experience in data-driven decision-making and solution design;">
  • Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel VBA and SQL.">
