**About the role**
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you play a critical role in
assisting the Compensation Team on monthly and ad-hoc
payout to our financial consultants.
**Responsibilities**
- Retrieve all commission statements and outstanding statements either from the service provider or the portal and update in our shared folder
- Reconcile the revenue received and liaise with the service provider on the discrepancy and further required information
- Prepare and perform commission run in CRM
- Generate the commission pay-out report and prepare the pay-out transfer to Finance
- Be responsible for the broadcast, commission schedule and maintain all compensation related documents
- Update advisors’ trackers and prepare last payout transfer to Finance if any
- Manage and maintain service providers’ commission trackers
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to assist advisors with commission related queries
- Coordinate with respective stakeholders for BSC Clawback, conduct and monitor the clawback
- Prepare and assist advisors with any certified income letter request
- Assist with offboarding and reference check if any
- Assist with debt recovery of financial consultants with outstanding balancesPerform administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge with MAS Balance Score Card Framework
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience in
- insurance industry
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, responsible, organized, detail oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and also a good team player
- Able to multi-task
