About Us:
VisionPower is a new joint-venture semiconductor wafer manufacturing fab to be built in Singapore. We are looking for committed, resilient and passionate talents to launch a promising future that powers the next generation devices and systems.
Role Summary:
You will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent while aligning with the organization's goals and values. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage compensation policies and procedures to ensure alignment and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of salary structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Conduct market research and compensation benchmarking initiatives to remain competitive.
- Design and manage performance-based compensation programs that drive high performance and align employee objectives with business goals.
- Manage and continuously improve employee benefits programs, ensuring support for employee wellbeing and organizational value.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field; a professional certificate is a plus.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant working experiences.
- Proven track record of managing and executing compensation programs in a mid to large-sized organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
