Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at People Profilers Pte Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain standard IT infrastructure practices and procedures
  • Provide consultation and guidance on IT operations and service desk management
  • Implement measures to protect network, systems, and data, and enforce IT security policies
  • Perform capacity management, planning, and optimization of infrastructure resources
  • Assist in securing grants and funding for IT projects and ensure timely completion
  • Ensure validity and adequacy of software licenses for IT infrastructure
  • Plan and carry out technology refresh and preventive maintenance to maintain service levels
  • Manage IT infrastructure projects within budget, timeline, and quality
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and technical support to the Infrastructure team and IT Support team
  • Manage IT infrastructure vendors and project/maintenance service contracts
  • Manage overall organization IT assets inventory, including tracking and disposal
  • Responsible for infrastructure roadmaps and disaster recovery services to mitigate future service interruptions
  • Contribute to digitization and digitalization efforts of the organization
  • Develop, implement, and maintain work processes, standards, and documentation to achieve efficiency and sustainability in IT infrastructure, support, and service desk services
Requirements:
  • Recognized degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • ITIL service delivery manager qualification
  • MCSE + Security, Citrix, or VMWare qualifications (desirable)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT with 3 years of experience in leading IT teams in handling infrastructure support and service desk operations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, great communication and presentation skills
  • Team leader
  • Good experience in turnkey projects and system integration
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders and IT teams
  • Good project management experience
  • Good understanding of procurement and budgeting processes
  • Able to work in ambiguous situations with a can-do attitude
  • Able to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
