Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Active Directory groups and objects to ensure efficient access control and security.
  • Perform PC/Laptop troubleshooting and Operating System upgrades to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Deploy client & peripherals to meet business needs.
  • Communicate and liaise with various working parties and vendors to facilitate IT task completions.
  • Manage efficient communication with internal customers and suppliers, foresee and resolve problems.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Networking, IT Compliance, and Windows operating system is required.
  • Prioritize and control activities and deliver results within budgetary and resource constraints.
  • Prepare and maintain the records of inventory.
  • Monitor and redirect user queries to relevant parties for further action.
  • IT standby support team to provide 24x7 rotating duty.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in IT or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in supporting IT infrastructure in an end-user environment.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills on Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, TCPIP Configuration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure to meet system performance service levels.
  • Self-motivating and excellent customer handling skills.
