We are seeking a highly skilled Call Centre Service Management Expert to join our team at Trinity Consulting Services PTE. LTD.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement service management strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Degree in Banking, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in service management in a call centre environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
