Job Profile and Description

The Sales Coordinator role is a key position within the Leki Aviation team, responsible for supporting the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Area Sales Manager in attaining monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Facilitate focused and productive communication with new and existing clients at an operational level.
  • Support the ASM in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a daily reporting structure with the ASM to ensure constructive feedback on customer activities.
  • Utilize daily customer interactions to promote other Leki Aviation capabilities and up-sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop a healthy relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Provide sales and administrative support to the Area Sales Manager, involving efficient handling of daily operations.
  • Support the ASM in achieving sales targets.
  • Assist in the implementation of the sales strategy as prepared by the ASM.
  • Ensure effective communication with the logistics team for order status.
  • Create and update quotation and sales order status in the ERP system.
  • Maintain the company's contact database with up-to-date contact and sales activity details.
  • Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Provide timely information to the ASM on customer feedback on products and services.
  • Identify business trends and participate in forecasting demand from customers.
  • Monitor trends and evaluate performance against monthly sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree highly desirable, but not a requirement.
  • Aviation experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales and related fields with a proven track record.
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent attendance and dependability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent computer and technical skills (MS Office).
  • Detail-oriented.
