Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Transaction Professional. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their strategic goals through expert due diligence services.

About the Role

In this position, you will be working closely with experienced due diligence professionals to develop and refine your skills. You will be responsible for preparing analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact cash flow requirements and deal valuation.

You will also perform industry and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information to identify key value drivers and challenge assumptions about future performance. Additionally, you will work with other teams to deliver an integrated service to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for senior associate level positions.

Candidates should possess entrepreneurial mindsets, business acumen, and a passion for helping clients achieve their potential. They should also be able to analyze financial and non-financial information to formulate views and conclusions, and be familiar with fundamental concepts of accounting including IFRS.
