Job Description

We're looking for highly motivated individuals to work with our team on a range of projects, from strategic planning to transaction execution. Our ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in teams to deliver high-quality results on engagements across strategy, operations, commercial due diligence, or integrations/separations.
  • Develop and implement data-driven approaches to solve problems and drive results for clients.
  • Support the leadership team in business development activities, including discussion documents, proposals, and thought leadership.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of EY-Parthenon and the broader Strategy and Transactions Practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're open to candidates from all university backgrounds who demonstrate a passion for consulting and have a good track record. You'll need to show:

  • A demonstrated interest in related work with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze financial and non-financial information.
