Transaction Advisory Director

Our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) service continues to grow and innovate, driving the need for a motivated Director to lead various projects across services from Singapore, our regional hub in APAC.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a global company that leads the field in sustainability consulting. We tackle challenging environmental projects for large industrial, financial, and global clients, leveraging our worldwide network of experts in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), and Technical due diligence.

We understand that every M&A deal presents unique risks and liabilities, requiring rapid and rigorous quantification during the transaction process. For over 25 years, we've provided critical, confidential, and time-sensitive advice on environmental risks to assist companies execute their most important transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Client account development, sales, and delivery of consulting services to deliver strategic value to clients.
  • Growing Solutions across broad portfolio of service offerings, including ESG, HSE, E&S, and/or Technical due diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions and project financing.
  • Actively developing commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities, resulting in significant revenue growth with target clients aligned with global strategy.

Job Requirements and Skills:

  • MSc in engineering, environmental or other science, or related discipline; professional registration preferred.
  • Minimum 15+ years' progressive experience, ideally within consultancy setting, with relevant project exposure in EHS, ESG, E&S, and/or Technical Due Diligence, particularly in context of private equity and development finance institution (DFI) on both buyer and seller-side transactions.
  • Well-versed in environmental risk, environmental compliance, health & safety compliance, technical risks, and/or remediation liabilities as they relate to transaction agreements.
