Job Description

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our team in executing transactions and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong industry analysis, financial analysis, and modeling skills, including discounted cash flow (DCF), sum-of-the-parts (SOTP), and valuation.

They will be able to comprehend both qualitative and quantitative data and communicate effectively.

A deep understanding of the sectors and industries we focus on is essential, as well as in-depth knowledge of specific sectors/industries, including their challenges, trends, and outlook.

The successful candidate will also have proficiency in building financial models using Excel and other tools, conduct complex financial analyses, and provide suitable corporate finance solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients, ensure clear and timely updates on deal progress, address any client-related issues, foster relationships after deal closure, cultivate relationships with the investor community.
  • Transaction Execution: Provide support to the senior team during execution, manage operational aspects of prospective deals from origination to conversion into clients and finally into mandates.
  • Supervision and Guidance in Analytical Deal Documentation Creation: Create financial models, carry out financial analyses, conduct comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, and trading multiples.
  • Deal Generation: Research and analyze various companies and industries, build necessary knowledge and data for current and upcoming transactions.
