- Chemical Program Optimization: Manage and optimize chemical treatment programs at client sites, ensuring performance and addressing deviations promptly.
- Field Testing Expertise: Understand field testing principles and work with service technicians to conduct routine tests.
- Client Updates and Reporting: Provide scheduled updates and reports to clients on chemical treatment progress and performance.
- Inventory Management and Equipment Maintenance: Plan and manage chemical stock levels and ensure equipment maintenance for uninterrupted operations.
- Technical Reviews and Project Development: Prepare and present monthly technical reviews to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements. Develop projects with clients aimed at reducing Total Cost of Operation using Ecolab's solutions.
- Issue Resolution and Contract Management: Address client issues related to chemical treatments and collaborate internally to resolve them. Create and present new chemical treatment proposals, manage contracts, and ensure billing accuracy.
