Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage and optimize chemical treatment programs at client sites, ensuring performance and addressing deviations promptly.
2. Understand field testing principles and work with service technicians to conduct routine tests.
3. Provide scheduled updates and reports to clients on chemical treatment progress and performance.
4. Plan and manage chemical stock levels and ensure equipment maintenance for uninterrupted operations.
5. Prepare and present monthly technical reviews to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
6. Develop projects with clients aimed at reducing Total Cost of Operation using Ecolab's solutions.
7. Address client issues related to chemical treatments and collaborate internally to resolve them.
8. Create and present new chemical treatment proposals, manage contracts, and ensure billing accuracy.
