**Key Responsibilities**
- Acting as the principal technical liaison among the project team, customers, subcontractors, and the company.
- Reviewing project specifications and related documents.
- Ensuring the implementation of good engineering standards and practices.
- Focusing on understanding and solving customer technical problems to improve satisfaction.
- Maximizing project profitability through appropriate material buyout and engineering approaches.
- Developing and completing major engineering deliverables according to the Vendor Document Schedule.
- Managing design, analysis, and drafting to meet technical and schedule requirements.
- Handling quality control, including maintenance of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and specification waivers.
- Coordinating with the Document Controller to ensure adherence to technical and document control processes.
- Interfacing with the Project Manager for engineering deliverables and resources.
- Preparing material requisition specifications and conducting goods receipt inspections.
- Supervising fabrication/installation work and assisting with internal testing and FAT.
- Preparing final and As-built documentation, as well as Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Manufacturer Data Records.

- Min. Diploma in Instrument/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Petroleum, or Chemical Industries would be preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office with knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
