Singapore P3 PROJECT PTE. LTD. Full time

Assist to take site measurement and site check for the new job or project and report to project coordinator, engineer for the quotation and tender submission.
- Lead/Attend daily tool box meeting and briefing about the work scope to understand the workforce to follow up at all time.
- Coordinating with project coordinator, engineer, and safety to run smooth operation within budget.
- Once a month or necessary time, assist to arrange all the equipment items to have LEW sticker.
- Assist to project coordinator, engineer, and safety personnel to prepare method of statement, lifting plan and work schedule and risk assessment.
- Assist to project coordinator, engineer to have materials list to purchase for maintenance works and the project.
- Responsible for equipment installation, structure installation, piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, procedures, specifications, priorities, and availability of construction drawings.
- Assist to handling all the technical queries and investigating all the work-related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
- Review of Project specification, ISO drawings and P&ID, if necessary, coordinate with project coordinator and engineer.
- Responsible for counter checking by ISO drawings, P&ID and GA drawings for the correct location, orientation, alignment, and plumpness.
- Assist to prepare “As-Builts” hand drawing when the project completion and when necessary.
- Responsible for carrying out mechanical clearance, conducting hydro and pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.
- Responsible for carrying out hydro testing or pneumatic testing to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages.
- Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
- Take prompt corrective and preventive action to remove any quality issue, any of unsafe act and unhealthy condition at site.
- Attend site clarification meeting, coordination meeting and any kind of meeting if required.
- Responsible for reporting and updating daily activities to project coordinator and engineer for review.
