**General**:

- Responsible for assisting Project coordinator to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
- Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
- Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting
- Have knowledge in cable/pipe/electrical works and able to correct, impart and supervise works done on site.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Expecting 3 years of working experience in construction industry / project site work
- Possess Certificate in building construction supervisor’s safety
- Possess work at height supervisor cert
- Smo cert and class 3 Driving license will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience working as a Construction worker or Foreman or in construction industry as supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Organizational Skills.
- Can work under the sun and well with own pool of company workers, Officers and clients
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
- Can multitask, must help to do general work if required
- Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects
- Able to use Excel and simple apps as required for tracking & updating purposes
