Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Support Specialist to provide administrative assistance to our Admissions team on an ASAP basis.

This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the Admissions team, ensuring seamless communication with prospective students and parents, and maintaining confidentiality of student information in compliance with institutional policies and regulations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a strong attention to detail. About the Role:

This temporary position offers the ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for processing student applications efficiently and accurately, communicating with prospective students and parents via phone, and preparing admissions materials, including brochures and application forms.

The hourly rate for this position is $12 per hour, and working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Student Applications: Process student applications for admissions efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all necessary documents are complete and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with Prospective Students/Parents: Communicate with prospective students and parents via phone, providing information about the admissions process, deadlines, and requirements.
  • Prepare Admissions Materials: Prepare admissions materials, including brochures, application forms, and guides, to support the recruitment efforts of the Admissions team.
  • Coordinate Recruitment Events: Coordinate recruitment events, such as open houses, information sessions, and campus tours, to promote the institution and attract potential students.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Admissions team, including scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
