We are seeking a skilled Executive Search Strategist to join our team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leadership talent who will help drive the technologies and services.
- Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across various product areas.
- Partner with recruiters and collaborate to provide domain and market insights and trends, and to advise stakeholders on talent for their business needs.
- Source candidates internally and externally.
- Build relationships with candidates.
- Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or in-house recruitment.
- 6 years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or in-house recruitment.
- Experience in firsthand candidate engagement and assessment.
- Experience in creating search strategies, mapping markets, gleaning industry insights, and working on process and data quality.
- Experience in owning and driving the search strategy with the ability to set goals and prioritize based on market insights.
- Ability to work on search processes including candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation.
