Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting top talent through job portals, networking, and referrals. Additionally, you will conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for job roles.

A successful Talent Acquisition Expert will also advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices. They will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to offer negotiations, and build strong relationships with clients and candidates to create long-term partnerships.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities and passion for talent development and recruitment. A minimum Diploma and above qualification is required.
