We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic talent acquisition and management.
As a Talent Acquisition and Management Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in proactive candidate sourcing activities to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality candidates for our clients' needs.
- Publishing job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent and conducting thorough candidate referrals to meet client expectations.
In addition to your recruitment expertise, you will also be responsible for managing candidates' job needs and expectations with precision, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with client objectives. You will oversee payroll and employment benefits for candidates to maintain transparency and compliance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, are also essential.
