Job Title: Talent Acquisition Expert

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effectively sourcing and selecting candidates to support business growth.

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent, leveraging a range of sources including LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide expert guidance on the best approaches to fill critical roles.
  • Design and manage candidate experiences, including creating compelling job postings, descriptions, and requirements that accurately reflect the position and our company culture.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires.
  • Oversee the interview and selection process, ensuring fairness and consistency in evaluating candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and efficiency in our hiring processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration Management or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
